пол., амер. правило пяти минут* (правило внутреннего распорядка работы палаты представителей, согласно которому при обсуждении вопроса, рассматривающегося комитетом полного состава, каждому выступающему выделяется по пять минут; т. е. законодателю, предлагающему поправку, дается пять минут для ее представления; другой законодатель может потребовать пять минут для выступления против предложенной поправки и т. д.)
